Cardio Hip Hop

Let's have a dance party.

A fusion of dance and fitness, this class will feel more like a party than a workout. 


Taught by studio owner Meg MINTer, you will leave recharged after this sweaty dance session.


Join us as we sweat and groove to upbeat tracks all while getting our heart rate up for a full body workout.

Join HIIT with today's top music!

High-intensity interval training, better known as HIIT, is a form of interval training that alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. 


Taught by TCU graduate and fitness aficionado Catherine Roe, this workout is sure to keep you smiling and sweating.

TWO killer workouts today but, one was a little more fun than the other.

If you're looking for a fun, adult fitness class in an intimate environment; check out Studio Of MoveMINT's Cardio Hip Hop! I really had to leave my pride at the door today when I walked in. I was definitely nervous and maybe a little self conscious at first BUT we had a blast and everyone definitely had a "no judgement" mentality.
