Cardio Hip Hop

Let's have a dance party.

A fusion of dance and fitness, this class will feel more like a party than a workout. 


Taught by studio owner Meg MINTer, you will leave recharged after this sweaty dance session.


Join us as we sweat and groove to upbeat tracks all while getting our heart rate up for a full body workout.

Come MOVE with us.

This dance form explores the connection of mind and body through fluid moveMINT all supported by lyrical intention from music. 


Movers in this class will play with musicality and connect emotion to dance with full range of moveMINT.

Bollywood-Inspired

This class is inspired and driven by the heart-pumping, energetic rhythms of Bollywood, the film industry of India.


Dance Fitness

We cross dynamic choreography with high-intensity interval training (HIIT), burning up to 800 calories per 50 minute session.

We support each other and work together as a team to empower everyone to unleash their inner rockstar!

TWO killer workouts today but, one was a little more fun than the other.

If you're looking for a fun, adult fitness class in an intimate environment; check out Studio Of MoveMINT's Cardio Hip Hop! I really had to leave my pride at the door today when I walked in. I was definitely nervous and maybe a little self conscious at first BUT we had a blast and everyone definitely had a "no judgement" mentality.
