We are over the moon excited to roll out a NEW program at MoveMINT- Adaptive Dance! With curriculum that has been created in collaboration with occupational therapists and dance faculty, our program is tailored to offer a welcoming environment so all abilities can participate and experience the JOY of MoveMINT.
Studio of MoveMINT is excited to offer two Adaptive classes this season. Join us for classes on Tuesdays at 3:30 for 4-6 year olds, or Wednesdays at 10:30 for 3-5 year olds.
We are here to serve you and yours and meet expectations. To best do that- we need to know more about your dancer. Please fill out the intake form to provide us with more insight so we can help make this a success for your dancer!
Please reach us at info@studioofmovemint.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
While we are currently seeking young movers- we are open to all ages. Shoot us an email and let's chat!
We are hopeful to have enough adults in the room for them to be independent from caretakers.
Comfortable clothes they can dance or move in! Barefoot or ballet shoes are great!
We have lobby monitors where you will be able to observe your dancer while they are independently in class.
We ask that you stay in the lobby should you be needed during their dance class.
Our class tuition is $75 a month for one weekly class. More information on tuition and policies can be found here.
These free classes are open to everyone, those with Parkinson’s and other neurological challenges, as well as their families, caretakers, or anyone who is interested in how movement can improve health and well-being, mental sharpness, and quality of life. Our Moving with Grace classes allow people to experience the joys and benefits of dance while creatively addressing symptom-specific concerns related to balance, cognition, motor skill, depression, and physical confidence.
Studio of MoveMINT is excited to offer weekly Moving with Grace classes this season.
