Lauren Crouch was born and raised in Grapevine, Texas dancing at Pat Riddle School of Dance (Currently Artistry in Motion). For 16 years she was classically trained in all styles of dance and competed around the country from the time she was 7. Additionally, in high school, Lauren competed with her drill team going on to win 3 national championships and several solo performance awards. She graduated from TCU with a Strategic Communication degree in December 2019 and spent close to 10 years at Schaefer Advertising on the Account Services team.
Lauren joined the Studio of MoveMINT faculty in it's first year and has enjoyed the array of classes she's taught from Jazz, to Combo to Acro. Lauren is a certified acro teacher through Acrobatic Arts and is also a part of MoveMINT's adaptive dance team. Outside of the studio, you can find her spending time with her husband, Jared, and their son, Benjamin. She loves a good spa massage and a fun dinner with friends!
