Elisabeth began dancing at the age of 2 in Cooper City, Fl. After a move to Texas in 4th grade she continued her training at Munro Ballet Studios and The Corpus Christi Ballet where she grew up dancing in the Pre-Professional Company under the leadership of Emmy Award Winner Cristina Sterling Munro. Over the course of her time with the Corpus Christi Ballet, Elisabeth performed in classics such as The Nutcracker, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, Coppelia, Swan Lake and Dracula along with award winning original productions of Remembrances Holocaust Ballet and CC Jams.
Elisabeth attended Texas Tech University where she majored in business marketing and management and minored in dance. She became very involved with reviving the dance department there and served as President of Chi Tau Epsilon, the dance honor society, for 3.5 years. During her time in Lubbock she explored more modern and contemporary styles of movement under the direction and mentorship of Genevieve Durham DeCesaro and had the privilege of working with the Paul Taylor Dance Company, Amy Sleigh of M2DT, Yvonne Racz Key of Ballet Lubbock and many other guest instructors and choreographers. Elisabeth has shared her love of dance throughout the years in her role as a teacher at Munro Ballet Studios, Ballet Lubbock and now Studio of MoveMINT!
Elisabeth lives in Fort Worth with her husband, John, their daughter Rosemarie and their newborn son, Peter. She has a love for travel and enjoys both the last minute road-trip and the well planned out epic adventure. Elisabeth enjoys photography, going to The Beignet Bus on Saturdays at the Clearfork Farmers with her family, long solo strolls through Target, and scoring great deals on Amazon Prime. Elisabeth joined the Studio of MoveMINT family in 2020 as a dance mom to her daughter, Rosemarie, and as a faculty member in 2022.
