Ashley Hardy grew up in Austin, TX, and began dancing at the age of three, training in a variety of styles. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Education from Texas State University and an Associate of Fine Arts from Kilgore College, where she performed as a member of the 72nd line of the World-Famous Kilgore College Rangerettes.
Ashley has spent the past decade working with dancers across Texas — teaching, choreographing, and mentoring students in styles including jazz, hip hop, lyrical, pom, contemporary, and drill team. From 2016 to 2020, she served as Assistant Director at Vandegrift High School in Austin, where she loved mentoring young dancers and helping them grow both on and off the stage. After stepping away from directing, she spent four years as Studio Manager at PAIYH Dance Studios, training hundreds of dancers and fostering a positive, supportive, and creative studio culture.
In addition to her work in dance, Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), supporting individuals on their mental and emotional wellness journey. She has a special passion for promoting dancer mental health and overall well-being.
Outside of the studio, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, discovering all the fun things Fort Worth has to offer. She is excited to join the Studio of MoveMINT faculty and share her love of dance with young dancers and their families!
