Summer Adaptive Dance
An inclusive dance experience for movers with differing abilities.
We are over the moon excited about our program at MoveMINT- Adaptive Dance! With curriculum that has been created in collaboration with occupational therapists and dance faculty, our program is tailored to offer a welcoming environment so all abilities can participate and experience the JOY of MoveMINT.

Join us this SUMMER for adaptive classes! We are excited to offer classes for different age groups. To register, click the button below on February 1.
Adaptive Dance: Sensory Friendly Focus (Ages 3-8)
Wednesdays, 3:30 - 4:00 PM
We're excited to offer a new class format this summer, tailored to dancers with autism or similar diagnoses.
Adaptive Dance (Ages 3-11)
Wednesdays, 4:00 - 4:30 PM
An all-abilities class format where dancers can move and grow in a safe environment. We'll split into two classes once our summer registration is final.
*Upon registering, we will confirm what class time your dancer is in based on interest and ages!*
Classes begin June 4 and run until July 30
Studio is closed on July 2

Adaptive on Stage
Watch our 2022-2023 adaptive class Shine Bright on stage in our spring concert! Like our other dance classes, adaptive dancers spend the spring preparing to take the big stage.
Moving with Grace
An inclusive dance experience for adult dancers with Parkinson's and other neurological challenges.
These free classes are open to everyone, those with Parkinson’s and other neurological challenges, as well as their families, caretakers, or anyone who is interested in how movement can improve health and well-being, mental sharpness, and quality of life. Our Moving with Grace classes allow people to experience the joys and benefits of dance while creatively addressing symptom-specific concerns related to balance, cognition, motor skill, depression, and physical confidence.

Meet Your Instructor
Dorothy Conway has been a certified therapeutic recreation specialist for over 20 years. She completed the Dance for PD® workshop through Mark Morris Dance Group in Brooklyn, New York, and continues to train with Dance for PD®. She has also completed the Boston Ballet Adaptive Dance Teacher training.
